Refund policy

By submitting a request through Thalia.nl, you agree to the terms below. We have made these arrangements to ensure that you are fully informed of our discount and return techniques and methodology. These arrangements are relevant to countries of their own soil.

1. 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day exchange of goods, and that means you have 14 days of time after accepting your request to demand a return. To be eligible for return, your thing must be in the state in which you ' ve been given it, unworn or disused, with labels and in the unique bundling. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thalia.nl or call us on +31 6 10 53 80 05. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR PROBLEMS

5. RECOVERY COSTS

We do not charge resupply costs for return shipments.

6. REPAYMENTS:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return shipment, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We cannot refund VAT and shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company has processed and processed the refund.
