All our products are made especially for you as ordered, so they will go through a production process, therefore there will be a processing time.

Deliver

All our orders are shipped via DPD. Our shipping partner is Sendcloud, from where the tracking codes and shipping labels are handled. After your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an automatic email from Sendcloud with your track & trace code and the current shipping status. Please do not reply to this email as it is for information purposes only.

Postage costs

 

If your shipment does not arrive, for example lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange it for you.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing address. If you notice that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product is returned to us.
